Who I Am

I am very excited to be working with people who want to better their life and the Emotion Code allows me to do that.  Having worked on myself and several individuals including family members, it is very exciting to see the transformation in each.  Some who have already done some energy work seem to be able to release and process their "emotional baggage" faster than some other individuals.  Even though, one may not feel the shift happening, by releasing the negative vibrations and frequencies attached to the emotion, the body is creating an environment of balance. When one thinks the mind has let go of things, the body may say otherwise and this is where this amazing tool will help release completely. I truly believe  the Emotion Code can make a difference in everyone's life, it surely has in mine. Even if one thinks that one is content in his present life, one may still have emotions that affect his body negatively; by releasing these trapped emotions, the heart learns to open up.  Letting go of anger, frustration, humiliation or shame  (known or unknown to the conscious mind) can only be beneficial to the body and its state of health.  This modality is quite useful for individual suffering from PTSD, abuse, anger, chronic pain, anxiety, phobias, despair or just one wanting to experience love in this lifetime!

My personalized Essential Elements to Nutrition and Self-Care (TM) embrace all aspects of what is essential to obtain true health. These elements interplay with one another to create a well balanced approach to wellness. Wellness is an active process of being aware and making proper choices toward a more successful life.

Originally from France and growing up in the catering/restaurant arenas, food has been quite important in my life. At the age of seven years old, I was running a little baking club where we would all contribute 5 francs (equivalent now to about $1.25), we would pick out a recipe, write the list of ingredients needed, walk to the grocery store and buy the items from the list. We would walk back and start baking; of course the last step was to eat what we made. My memories are of my mom helping us bake the cake and her licking the bowl!

I am proud to say that quality of food has also been number one in my parents ' various businesses and especially when I was helping run our family business here in the United States. Our reputation was built on quality and our business only grew by word of mouth - the best marketing tool.

Discovering years later that I have a wheat/gluten & a dairy sensitivities, I have had to readjust my baking and cooking knowledge. I am pleased to report that I do very well at home and that it is possible to lead a "normal" life with such challenges. It is also great to know that so many more products come on the market every day to help others in my situation. I know how hard it is to feel that sense of " What am I going to eat now? or What do I do now?"

I chose to study the nutrition aspect of food and understand my overall relationship with food which most likely differs from yours. (This is something we would work on together through my program.) I received my training to practice Health Coaching at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, which is the only nutrition school integrating all the different dietary theories—combining the knowledge of traditional philosophies with modern concepts.

My program is catered to prevention through whole foods, natural and organic foods.

I am known among my circle of friends and acquaintances as a "chef" using some of the best ingredients; I do not claim to be one; however, I know my way around the kitchen quite well.

I have personally faced some challenges which I took as a wake up call and took my health in my own hands. I have found that each lesson learned has been a gift in disguise and my hope is to share my knowledge with as many people as possible.

Food is essential, nutrition is critical.
Through my years of experience in the food industry, I have been certified for food safety and applied principles of cross-contamination at work and at home.
