Either you or your loved love has been diagnosed with a gluten or wheat sensitivity, it can be quite overwhelming and challenging. Following a diagnosis since most doctors do not provide the support system to help you learn to cook, how to differentiate what contains wheat or gluten, and what products to use as substitutes. It becomes even more challenging if one has more than one allergy, especially with nuts and or dairy allergies. I am there to help you with:

- cooking tips and classes
- create menus
- take a tour with you to a health natural store
- educate you to ensure that you are eating healthy within your limitations
- recommend what books to purchase
- recommend where to get resources
- what products to avoid
- educate you on creative solutions in your every day cooking so that you would not feel deprived of good, fulfilling meals despite your sensitivity
- a basic knowledge of food safety to avoid cross-contamination if needed
Being on a gluten free diet is quite challenging but once you know the basics, it is a manageable lifestyle.
This program would be based on one on one sessions since it is difficult to know what you would need and for how long. It would also be important to meet several times a week or for longer period of time at the early stages of your transition into this lifestyle to ensure that you or your loved one has something healthy to eat right away.
