Client Agreement & Disclosure Statements
Thank you so much for your interest and the opportunity to work with A La Carte Wellness LLC and its representatives either in person or remotely. This information is provided to support you in making an informed choice in seeking my services and feel free to contact me should you have any questions or concerns following your read.
A La Carte Wellness, LLC services are considered complementary and alternative care in nature. I have extended knowledge through studies & certifications, skills and experiences to support you in optimizing your health and well-being. I integrate Energy Healing, overall health assessment, Holistic health & Quantum Life Coaching as well as Intuitive & Spiritual Guidance to best support you. My goal is to create a greater awareness of self as to create more alignment with clients’ inner self, with their soul. I cater to bring more emotional well-being so the individual can expand and grow from where they find themselves to be right here right now. This supportive relationship can be done in person through private sessions or programs (either in person workshops, classes or online programs)
It is about optimizing the client’s well-being to create more joyful, soulful living!
Since we are working on an energetic level and subtleties, they are no set guarantees to the work being done; I can only attest to what clients have been experiencing as a result of working with me through their testimonials. Due to the nature of the work, this is an evolving field of energy medicine and is yet to be fully embraced or studied within the standard methods of health care and you (the client) understand that this type of complementary and alternative care does not replace the care of your primary physician.
Any type of Energy work is natural & holistic in nature and is not meant as a substitute for medical, or psychological, diagnosis and treatment. Holistic & Energy Healing practitioners do not diagnose conditions, nor do they perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, or interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. This type of natural healing therapy should not compete with medical doctors and their treatments. All therapies are meant to complement medical treatments.
After booking and payment received, you (the client/participant) will have established a contract between A La Carte Wellness, LLC and its representatives with you (the client). You should be receiving a receipt/acknowledgment of your enrollment and receipt of payment received.
Payment of fees by a person or organization other than the participant/client does not constitute a contract for the provision of a program between such person or organization and A La Carte Wellness, LLC and its representatives but with the participant.
All Fees and Payments are processed through Paypal, a secured payment option.
If you wish and you accept these Terms and Conditions, you (or a third party paying fees on your behalf) may pay the fees now, within this website, by following the Paypal link. If you choose not to pay now, the participant will not be enrolled in the Program(s) or Session(s).
Through the signing up of a program or booking a session, clients are deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions stated. Any information displayed during the Online Payment Process in respect of the amount due from the participant is the definitive cost of the said program/session at the time of enrollment.
It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that A La Carte Wellness LLC. fees in respect to the program being enrolled in are paid by the deadline notified. A La Carte Wellness, LLC & its representatives reserves the right to refuse admission to any participant who has not paid all Fees in full.
All payments must be made in U.S Dollars. For any payment in other currency, currency conversion costs or other charges incurred in making the payment or in processing a refund shall be borne by the participants or the third party making payment, and shall not be deducted from the cost of the program(s)/session(s) booked due to A La Carte Wellness, LLC and its representatives.
Any physical goods supplied as part of the program(s) that the client is enrolling in will be posted to the address supplied at the time of purchase. It is the participants’ responsibility to ensure the information is current or up to date. In the event of incorrect address being supplied, all extra expenses will be passed on to the participant(s).
Cancellations and Refunds:
Please see more detailed schedule of refunds in each program’s descriptions.
You have the right to cancel any contract for the provision of a place on a program at any time within seven days, beginning on the day you have received the acknowledgement of enrollment/paid receipt. In each case, you will receive a refund deducted to the materials delivered or en route and administration/refund fees incurred from Paypal from the program.
Once the program has taken place or been completed, you do not have a right to cancel even if this is with seven days of the date of the contract.

Program’s contract is non-transferable to any other party who want to take your place in the enrolled program. Any fund transfer is not subjected to be used by other participant or in replacement to another.
Our cancellation policy in returning dispatched items is not possible, as they cannot be resold due to their packaging / contents / appearance have been altered and not 100% untampered.
What is expected of you:
In the interests of all programs’ participants, A La Carte Wellness, LLC and its representatives reserve the right to enforce the removal of any participant from the program whose behavior or demeanor is, in their view, considered unacceptable.
Client/participant will not attend any sessions or participate in any programs while under the influence of drugs, alcohol or being in an altered state.
Client is a willing participant in A La Carte Wellness LLC’s holistic private sessions and/or programs (Be Your Best Self Programs including but not limited to Body Image & Wellness Series; Abundance & Money Series, Love & Relationship Series, Connection to Spirit Module, Sexual Trauma Module & its Entrepreneurial program)
Client understands that He/She should continue to see any medical doctors he/she is currently under the care of, and that any prescription medication should not be altered without first consulting the Doctor who recommended it. Nothing said, done, typed, printed or reproduced through A La Carte Wellness, LLC * * GemAroma™ * GemAromatix and its representatives is intended to diagnose, prescribe, treat, cure or take the place of a licensed physician.
Client authorizes A La Carte Wellness, LLC and its representatives to perform requested services to support client in their quest of optimizing their well-being not for the treatment or “cure” of any disease.
Client understands that the services rendered are safe, non-invasive holistic practices.
Client voluntarily assumes full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage, or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by client, or any loss or damage to property owned by client, as a result of being engaged in such activities, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES or otherwise, to the fullest extent allowed by law. Client further hereby agrees to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS the RELEASEES from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney’s fees that Releasees may incur due to my participation in said activities, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES or otherwise, to the fullest extent allowed by law. It is client’s express intent that this Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement shall bind the members of my family and spouse, if client is alive, and their heirs, assignees and personal representative(s), if client is deceased, and shall be deemed as a RELEASE, WAIVER, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE the above-named Releasees. Client hereby further agrees that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia and that any mediation, suit, or other proceeding must be filed or entered into only in Virginia and the Federal or State courts of Virginia. Any portion of this document deemed unlawful or unenforceable is severable and shall be stricken without any effect on the enforceability of the remaining provisions. In signing this document, CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGES AND REPRESENTS THAT CLIENT HAS READ AND UNDERSTANDS THE FOREGOING WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT and that client is signing it voluntarily as their own free act and deed; no oral representations, statements, or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreement, have been made; Client is at least Eighteen (18) years of age and fully competent; and Client executes this Agreement for full, adequate and complete consideration fully intending to be bound by same.
This comes into effect as you enroll by making payment for the program(s) you (the client) enroll in through A La Carte Wellness, llc’ website or book sessions.
All information is kept confidential. We do not share your information.
All payment details which are entered through Paypal are encrypted when the participant, or third-party making payment, enters them. The PayPal button and site is secure as a payment service provider for A La Carte Wellness, llc
A La Carte Wellness, llc and its representatives shall not be liable for any failure by the client or third party making payment of Fees to properly protect data from being seen on their screen by other persons or otherwise obtained by such other persons, during the Online Payment process or in respect of any omission to provide accurate information in the Course of the Online Payment Process.
Variations to the Terms and Conditions
A La Carte Wellness, llc and its representatives reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions from time to time at its own discretion.
In case of cancellation from us:
We will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the program as outlined on the website, however we reserve the right to:
make reasonable adjustment to the timetable and possible amendments to the content and syllabus of the program enrolled by the client when necessary.
We reserve the right to cancel any program by giving you notice in writing at any time before the program is due to start. We will refund all fees paid by you
A La Carte Wellness, LLC and its representatives’ maximum liability will be limited to a refund of amount received at time of enrollment for the cancelled program. A La Carte Wellness, LLC will not accept liability for any costs or losses incurred by participants which are claimed to have arisen through the program’s cancellation, other than for those stated here.
